Decentralized Finance (DeFi) refers to the movement of building decentralized financial applications that have no central authority and is censorship free. DeFi applications cover many use cases and a few popular ones are stablecoins, lending/borrowing and trading (decentralized excanges). By removing the middleman in systems, DeFi applications are able to achieve a better rate of returns for its users, while lowering barrier of entry as the application does not discriminate or censor any particular party from joining.

Daily Active Addresses (DAA)
On a blockchain, users interact with one another through their addresses, and daily active addresses (DAA) refers to the number of addresses which fulfills the defined activity parameter on a given blockchain.
Public Keys
The alphanumeric string which serves as a public receiving address in cryptocurrencies.
Bearish
A term used to indicate negative sentiment towards the market or an asset, where investors believe that there will be downward price movement.
Satoshi
A unit measure for the smallest divisible unit of a bitcoin. 1 bitcoin is equal to 100 Million Satoshi.
