Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attack

CoinGecko tarafından | Mar 03, 2020 tarihinde güncellendi
A common cyber-attack tactic where a perpetrator diverts large amounts of traffic towards a particular network or service in an effort to disrupt normal services. Large amounts of incoming data overloads particular services' network, which causes legitimate requests to bounce or timeout. Services that are not protected against distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks will typically become unusable during the attack period.
