• The NYM Token Raffle will run from Friday, June 16, 12am EDT / 12pm MYT through Thursday, June 22, 12am EDT / 12pm MYT.
• Each user can redeem a maximum of one (1) raffle ticket with 500 candies, on CoinGecko’s Candy Rewards store. Log into your CoinGecko account and you will be able to redeem accordingly. Candies spent to purchase the raffle ticket are non-refundable and refunds processed are subjected to CoinGecko's discretion.
• Redeeming this reward grants the user one entry to participate in the NYM Token Raffle, and does not equate to receiving a NYM tokens.
• In order to successfully participate in the Raffle, users are required to submit their details via Sweep Widget.
• Users may be disqualified from the Raffle if found suspicious of mal-intent, i.e. leaking the unique Candy Rewards code provided.
• Winners will be notified by Nym via email, with a unique onboarding link with instructions on creating a Nym account, how to start the KYC process. Once KYC is completed and winners' Nym wallet is set up, ERC20 NYM token rewards will be transferred to the wallet automatically.
• Winners are required to successfully complete KYC verification with Nym's KYC provider of choice, in order to receive NYM token rewards.
• Due to KYC verification requirements, only entries from individuals NOT residing in the following locations will be accepted: The USA, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and Russian occupied regions of Ukraine (including Crimea, and parts of Donetsk and Luhansk).
• CoinGecko and Nym shall not be subject to liability for any loss or damages, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, and reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Nym reserves the right to determine the final outcome of the activity and disqualify any participants without prior notice or recourse for any reason, including fraudulent behavior and failure to adhere to the Nym Code of Conduct.
