Market Cap
Market Cap = Current Price x Circulating Supply
Refers to the total market value of a cryptocurrency’s circulating supply. It is similar to the stock market’s measurement of multiplying price per share by shares readily available in the market (not held & locked by insiders, governments) Read More |

Market Cap / FDV
The proportion of current market capitalization compares to market capitalization when meeting max supply.
The closer the Mkt Cap/FDV to 1, the closer the current market capitalization to its fully diluted valuation and vice versa. Learn more about Mkt Cap/FDV here. |

Fully Diluted Valuation
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) = Current Price x Total Supply
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) is the theoretical market capitalization of a coin if the entirety of its supply is in circulation, based on its current market price. The FDV value is theoretical as increasing the circulating supply of a coin may impact its market price. Also depending on the tokenomics, emission schedule or lock-up period of a coin's supply, it may take a significant time before its entire supply is released into circulation. How do you feel about QUID today?
What is Squid about?
Squid is the cross-chain infrastructure layer that powers the movement of digital value across more than 100 blockchains and 20,000+ tokens. Instead of asking users to manage individual bridges, gas tokens and signatures, Squid collapses that complexity into a single intent — "send X, receive Y on chain Z" — routed across the full multichain surface and settled in one action. The product stack spans Squid Intents (the protocol layer, sub-5-second execution), the Squid Aggregator (routing across 130+ DEXs and off-chain liquidity sources), Squid Token Service and Accounts for abstraction, the Squid SDK for developers, and the live Squid Bridge. Coverage reaches 106+ chains across EVM, Cosmos, Bitcoin, Solana, XRPL and Hedera. QUID is the native token of the ecosystem, used for staking, priority product access and governance.
What makes Squid unique?
First, depth in the hard parts of interoperability: most routers optimise for EVM chains, while Squid has built native coverage across Cosmos, Bitcoin, Solana, XRPL and Hedera — the ecosystems where liquidity is most fragmented and integration is most difficult. Second, distribution: Squid is embedded inside 1,000+ integrator products including MetaMask, Ripple, Ledger, MiniPay (Opera), Blockchain.com, Keplr, Brave and PancakeSwap, meaning demand arrives through partner surfaces rather than requiring users to find Squid directly. Third, a security and reliability record earned at scale — nine independent audits (ConsenSys Diligence, Ackee Blockchain, n-var), zero exploits across $6.2 billion settled, a 99% execution success rate, and a fully non-custodial design in which Squid never holds user funds. Routing-layer controls include TRM Labs risk screening, OFAC/UN/EU sanctions checks and geo-blocking of sanctioned jurisdictions. =
History of Squid
Squid launched in January 2023 as a cross-chain routing layer, at a point when moving value between ecosystems still meant chaining together separate bridges, swaps and gas purchases manually. Since then the protocol has processed more than $6.2 billion in cross-chain volume across 4.12 million transactions for over 1.09 million unique users, while expanding coverage from a handful of EVM networks to 106+ chains spanning EVM, Cosmos, Bitcoin, Solana, XRPL and Hedera, and more than 20,000 tokens. Over the same period the integrator base grew past 1,000 products, including MetaMask, Ripple, Ledger, Brave and PancakeSwap, and the stack broadened from a single bridge into Squid Intents, the Squid Aggregator, Token Service and Accounts, and the Squid SDK. Nine independent security audits were completed across that build-out. In mid-2026 the protocol reached its next milestone with the issuance of QUID, its native token, deployed as an ERC-20 on Base and distributed in part through a public sale of 5% of supply via Kraken and Legion.
What's next for Squid?
On product, a consumer-facing Squid app is in development, extending the protocol from an embedded infrastructure layer used by integrators to a direct end-user surface, alongside continued chain and liquidity-source expansion, with further depth in non-EVM ecosystems. On markets and liquidity, QUID trades natively on-chain on Base via Squid and partner DEXs from TGE, with a coordinated tier-1 centralized-exchange listing window being pursued and aggregator listings on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko and DefiLlama going live alongside. On governance, the model rolls out in phases.
What can QUID be used for?
QUID is the native token of the Squid ecosystem and has three primary functions. Staking: holders can stake QUID to earn additional QUID, with rewards funded from a dedicated non-inflationary allocation rather than new issuance, so yield does not dilute the fixed 1,000,000,000 maximum supply. Priority access: staked or held QUID unlocks protocol products otherwise unavailable, including premium tiers and exclusive access in the upcoming app. Governance: QUID holders participate in protocol decision-making. The token is deployed as an ERC-20 on Base; buyers should verify official contract addresses.
