1.Can you share a bit about yourself with us?

I’m the Director of Research at The Block where I lead the team of 10 research analysts. I started working as a full-time crypto researcher in early 2017. I worked at a research newsletter Diar at first and then joined The Block as one of the first employees in 2018. I like Bitcoin, Ethereum and DeFi. What excites me about crypto is financial privacy and permissionless access.

2. What is your experience like working in The Block?

Couldn’t have wished for anything better. Amazing culture, great working conditions etc. We are all close friends in real life and have fun doing what we do.

3. What is the main thing you will be highlighting at The Block?

Building The Block Research membership has been a blast. Our clients are VCs, private equity funds, hedge funds, investment banks and a whole bunch of other institutional clients. We are seeing rapid growth this year both when it comes to users but also revenue.

4. What are your thoughts on the crypto market this year? Can you briefly explain it to us?

Most of capital is coming into Bitcoin and that will continue to be the case until the retail masses join again like in 2017. We are just getting started. Strap in and enjoy the ride.
