What our analysts are rambling about 🔍
Networks Galore
The crypto community has been abuzz with the latest network to hit the space, Dogechain, which uses Dogecoin as its native token. To join in the ecosystem, users can access the Dogechain bridge with a minimum deposit of 100 DOGE, but withdrawals are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
But if you're not too caught up in the hype, you can also test out ZetaChain, a blockchain with inbuilt omnichain capabilities. To try out the network's cross-chain features, you may connect to the Goerli testnet and request for testnet tokens to play around with.
Homora V2 is Coming
Feeling a little degen? You can check out Homora, a protocol which allows users to open leveraged positions on undercollateralized loans.
It is currently deployed on Ethereum, Avalanche and Fantom, and it seems that they will be launching on Optimism tomorrow - so watch out for new yield farming opportunities!
To learn more about Homora V2, check out their docs here.
Stride
Stride is one of the few liquid staking derivatives providers launching their own IBC app chain on Cosmos in two weeks. Users receive stTokens - a liquid representation of staked assets by staking ATOM, JUNO or OSMO. stTokens can be used for various DeFi strategies.
A Stride Builder suggested that there likely will be an Stride Airdrop for Osmosis liquidity provider.
There will be 4 pools at launch namely Stride - $OSMO, $stATOM - $ATOM, $stJUNO - $JUNO, $stOSMO - $OSMO.
Feel free to follow their Twitter or join their Discord for future updates.
1kX Protocol
There's no short supply of new protocols to try out, and 1kX Protocol should be on your list. 1kX is a decentralized exchange that allows users to provide single-sided liquidity, functioning similarly to Bancor, with its own stablecoin, OSD, to boot.
The protocol plans to introduce money markets as well as offer perpetuals trading with zero slippage.
They've just launched their beta on the zkSync 2.0 testnet, so you can play around with the platform and just maybe, get the chance to earn an airdrop.
