Market Cap
Market Cap = Current Price x Circulating Supply
Refers to the total market value of a cryptocurrency’s circulating supply. It is similar to the stock market’s measurement of multiplying price per share by shares readily available in the market (not held & locked by insiders, governments) Read More |

Market Cap / FDV
The proportion of current market capitalization compares to market capitalization when meeting max supply.
The closer the Mkt Cap/FDV to 1, the closer the current market capitalization to its fully diluted valuation and vice versa. Learn more about Mkt Cap/FDV here. |

Fully Diluted Valuation
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) = Current Price x Total Supply
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) is the theoretical market capitalization of a coin if the entirety of its supply is in circulation, based on its current market price. The FDV value is theoretical as increasing the circulating supply of a coin may impact its market price. Also depending on the tokenomics, emission schedule or lock-up period of a coin's supply, it may take a significant time before its entire supply is released into circulation. How do you feel about IKA today?
About Ika (IKA)
Ika is a decentralized protocol designed to enable bridgeless control of native assets across multiple blockchains from a single execution environment.
- It introduces dWallets, a new cryptographic primitive that allows programs to manage assets on any chain without relying on bridges or wrapped tokens.
- The network utilizes a decentralized multi-party computation (MPC) framework to ensure zero-trust security for cross-chain operations.
- Ika is built to scale decentralized finance, custody, and AI agent capabilities by removing the need for intermediary third parties.
What Is Ika
Ika is a decentralized infrastructure layer that aims to solve the fragmentation and security issues inherent in cross-chain interoperability. In traditional blockchain environments, moving assets between networks often requires bridges, which create wrapped versions of assets and introduce centralized points of failure. Ika addresses this by enabling "Bridgeless Capital Markets," where native assets—such as Bitcoin and Ethereum—can be controlled directly through programs on a host network.
The protocol moves value by facilitating the signing of transactions on destination chains without ever moving the original asset into a bridge contract. The IKA token is put to work as an application utility token, facilitating operations and activities within the decentralized network. This architecture scales by allowing any application to leverage the MPC network for secure, decentralized signing, effectively abstracting the underlying blockchain complexity for users and developers.
What Makes Ika Unique
- dWallet Primitive: Unlike traditional wallets, a dWallet splits signing authority between the user and a program via the MPC network, ensuring that no single party can sign a transaction alone.
- Bridgeless Architecture: It enables direct interaction with native assets on other chains, eliminating the risks associated with wrapped assets and bridge custody.
- ZUD Framework: The protocol operates on a framework of Zero-trust, Usability, and Decentralization, ensuring cryptographic security while maintaining a web2-like user experience.
- AI Agent Integration: Ika provides decentralized guardrails for AI agents, allowing them to autonomously sign transactions under specific, programmatically enforced policies.
What Can You Use Ika for?
- Native-Asset DeFi: Applications can use the protocol to rebalance, route, and collateralize native assets on external chains without bridging.
- Multichain Custody: Users and institutions can implement advanced multi-party computation features to securely self-custody assets across various networks.
- Treasury and Governance: Organizations can manage cross-chain treasury actions and policy-bound approvals through a single decentralized interface.
- Wallet-as-a-Protocol (WaaP): Developers can build decentralized wallet infrastructure with zero-trust security for onboarding users into the ecosystem.
How Does Ika Work?
Ika functions through a decentralized Multi-Party Computation (MPC) network that implements a 2-Party Computation (2PC) threshold signature scheme. When a transaction is initiated, the signing authority is split into shares: one held by the user and others managed by the decentralized Ika network. A transaction can only be completed when the host program (such as one on Solana) approves the request based on predefined logic, and the MPC network generates the final signature.
This process ensures that the network is zero-trust, as the user is cryptographically required for a signature to be generated. The protocol uses zero-knowledge proofs and advanced cryptography to verify statements without revealing sensitive data. Participants in the network pay protocol service fees in IKA to facilitate these decentralized signing operations and maintain the security of the infrastructure.
Team Info and Investors
Ika is developed by dWallet Labs and is supported by a broad range of early backers in the cryptocurrency industry. Notable investors include Digital Currency Group (DCG), FalconX, Big Brain Holdings, and Blockchange. The project also has strategic associations with the Sui ecosystem and has received backing from entities like Node Capital, Lightshift, and Token Bay Capital. The governance of the protocol is intended to transition to the community as the network matures.
